User Obligations

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of data and content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant signalprolxae a licence to use, process, and analyse your data solely for the purpose of providing safety analytics services and improving our platform functionality.

Payment Terms

Use of signalprolxae services requires payment of applicable subscription fees as outlined in your service agreement. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.

Billing

Subscription fees will be charged to your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. You authorise us to charge all fees and applicable taxes to your payment method.

Late Payment

If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You remain liable for all unpaid fees and any collection costs or legal fees incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, signalprolxae B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to signalprolxae in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Safety Disclaimer

Our platform provides safety analytics and monitoring tools, but does not replace professional safety judgement, proper safety training, or compliance with applicable safety regulations. Users remain fully responsible for construction site safety and regulatory compliance.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless signalprolxae B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
